Our aim

We want everyone to be able to look after their water with DipDose. On this website we aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/). It is a goal we work toward; we do not claim that every page or screen already meets it.

What we do

A few rules every screen follows:
Body text is at least 17 points. In the app it grows with your phone’s text size; on the website you can zoom in as far as you need.
Buttons are at least 48 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
Color never carries a meaning alone: a reading’s status always has an icon and a word (Good, Check, Act now).
A screen reader hears each history chart in words: the latest reading and how many tests were in the good range.
There is a light and a dark look.

What may still fall short

Scanning a strip needs a photo of the strip next to its bottle. If that is hard for you, type the numbers in yourself: the doses are the same.

Tell us about a problem

If something in DipDose is hard to use, please write to [email protected] or use the Help page: what you were trying to do, the page or screen, and the device or assistive technology you use, if you like. We read every message and will try to fix it or give you the information another way.
